Charles Levine BA (Econ) FCA Partner
Charles has been a partner at Sheppards since 1980, having trained, qualified and specialised in tax with a big 4 firm. Over the years Charles has advised businesses and individuals in a wide variety of situations, and is a trustee of The Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Appeal. He can therefore draw upon a huge amount of knowledge and experience to give clients practical and effective advice. Married with 2 adult children his interests are sport, socialising, and eating (ideally all at the same time!)
James Rafferty FCCA Partner
James has been in accountancy for over 25 years. He has worked for the Inland Revenue and in senior management roles in communications and the building sector, before joining Sheppards in 1994. James has been a partner since 2002, and now uses his wide experience to help businesses to develop, advises clients in taxation and IT matters, and also heads up our service charge function. James’ children tend to be far more demanding than the clients, so those days of golf or football at the weekend are but a distant memory. But one day…
Tracie Senescall FCCA CTA Tax manager
Tracie originally joined Sheppards as part of the audit and accounts team, qualifying as an accountant in 1998. Tracie went on to specialise in all areas of taxation becoming a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2001. As well as making sure that clients remain up to date with their personal and business tax compliance obligations, Tracie can advise on effective tax planning including inheritance tax and estate planning. As a busy mum of two young boys Tracie has little time for hobbies but escapes to the local gym whenever possible!
